Andreas Schulte brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry. In senior roles, he has led European and global organizations with full P&L responsibility – across the commercial value chain from retail and wholesale to international expansion.
He is equally familiar with the dynamics of owner-led brands and private equity-driven structures. From his own operational experience, he knows that transformation is rarely a question of strategy – but rather of leadership, clear accountability, and consistent execution.
His focus lies on the organizational logic behind the ambition. Where decision-making processes lack clarity or priorities are not consistently enforced, friction arises – regardless of how strong the strategy may be.
