Mr. Jens Günther has more than 28 years of experience in the retail, construction and real estate industries and more than 20 years of experience as CEO of corporate groups, medium-sized family businesses and private equity companies.
His particular focus in recent years has been on the successful transformation and future-proof repositioning of companies as well as the implementation of contemporary organizational and management structures while involving the workforce and owners in a challenging culture change environment.
Mr. Günther's strengths lie in his industry expertise, analytical skills and direct coordination with decision-makers as well as in the preparation of strategic decision-making documents for supervisory and advisory boards combined with a high level of implementation strength.
His expertise is based on his excellent project management skills at the former industry leader HOCHTIEF, which he can now apply to the management and leadership of complex corporate projects as well as international companies.
