Ms. Stuckert has over 25 years of experience in HR management and business management in international corporations such as ExxonMobil, most recently as global HR Director at Montblanc. In the course of her career, she has also acquired a wealth of experience in transformation and change management. Today, she is passionate about advising companies in the upper midmarket on their HR strategy through to specific concepts for leadership development or talent management and supports their implementation and change processes.

Ms. Stuckert is also passionate about diversity and professional team play - the appreciation and recognition of all people. The diversity of employees and their different experiences bring advantages, as new perspectives are taken into account, different ideas are discussed and better solutions are developed.

Myrna Stuckert holds an MSc in International Human Resources Management and also started her career in the UK. As a former Oxford rower, she understands that powerful teams achieve the greatest success.
